Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains, in general terms, what information Joint Forces Technology (“we”, “us”) collects through jointforcestechnology.com and our products and services, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us, such as your name, business name, email, website address and anything you write in a form or email.
- Past purchase information. Paid plans are paused and we are not selling anything right now. If you bought a plan before, our payment provider handled the payment. We received details such as your name, email and what you bought, but never your full card number.
- Service information, such as the results and screenshots of any checks we run for you.
- Usage information collected automatically by our website host, such as pages viewed, browser type, device and approximate location, which may involve cookies.
- Not your tool files. Our free converters and image, PDF and file tools run in your own browser. The files you use with them are not sent to us or stored by us.
How we use it
We use information to provide and improve our services, reply to you, handle past purchases and cancellations, send updates you signed up for, keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights. Those providers handle information under their own privacy policies. They include:
- WordPress.com (Automattic): website hosting, site statistics, security, contact forms and email sign-ups.
- Stripe: payments and cancellations for plans bought before our paid plans were paused.
Some links on our site are affiliate links. If you click one, the other company may use cookies to know the visit came from us. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
Cookies
Our website host uses cookies and similar technology for site statistics, security and to remember choices such as being signed in. Affiliate partners may set their own cookies when you click their links. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most of the site and all of our free tools still work without them.
Keeping it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee its security.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in each message. You can also contact us to ask about, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to any legal reasons we have to keep it.
Our site, tools and services are meant for adults 18 and over. If you are under 18, please don’t use our forms or tools, and don’t send us personal information. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who think their child sent us information can contact us to have it removed.
Changes
We may update this policy at any time by posting a new version on this page with a new date.
