List your essential features before reading plan names. A tier called Professional or Business is not automatically the right fit for a business.

Make a short comparison

For each plan, record the initial charge, term length, renewal price, storage or usage limits, export options, and the integrations you need. Mark any missing information as unknown.

Test the deciding feature

If you are upgrading for one connection or automation, verify that exact operation. Being able to read an account is different from being able to create a draft, upload a file, or publish a post.

Keep the commitment proportionate

Compare the total upfront cost of annual and multi-year plans. A lower advertised monthly equivalent may require a larger payment today. Decide whether you have tested the service enough to make that commitment.

Record the purchase

Save the receipt and add the service to a subscription tracker. Record the next charge date shown by the provider, which may differ from the end of your service term.
